Hearing the word, Poetry.
Hearing the word poetry brings back many many memories that I wish I wouldn't remember. Back then, I used to love writing poetry. I would write about what I was going through, what I currently felt, and what I wish I had. But now I push those memories away and I see it as a part, a chapter, or a section of someone's life. Poetry explains something much more deeper than words itself. It gives so much emotions that is felt rather than just hearing the words itself. Poetry is something beautiful created by simple words but turning into something bigger, something much more deeper, life.

I think poetry does express life as well. The emotions people feel and things that we all go through are in poetry. This is life, it is just through a certain person's perspective at that moment.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you, Poetry expresses our life. It helps us explain or feeling, thoughts, and the challenges we face in everyday life. I like the last sentence how you talked about poetry made from simple words into something so big. Poet is very beautiful and even the simplest words can mean so much.
